The butcher life chose me. I’ve always been interested in food and working with it, and found butchery a fun environment. Starting my apprenticeship, in 1999, was a natural move.
The comradery between butchers - both at work and in the industry, is fantastic. Everyone gets on and has a laugh, while still being very passionate about what we do.
