Course Sea Salt
Rub steak with olive oil and salt & pepper to taste. (Remember to remove the steak from the refrigerator at least 20 minutes prior to ensure it reaches room temperature before cooking.)
Heat the pan on high, place the steak in pan once reached temperature and heat on each side for 6 minutes for medium rare (adjust time to suit your preference).
Once the steak has been cooked to your liking and a little butter and rest it on a plate for two minutes. This will allow your meal to collect all of those beautiful juices.
